The Certified RELO™ designation requires demonstrated competency, documented process, and ethical conduct. Standards are periodically updated to reflect market conditions, partner expectations, and consumer protection needs.

Competencies Evaluated

Credential candidates are assessed on:

  • Purchase execution and timeline control

  • Communication discipline and expectation-setting

  • Risk identification (financing, contract, inspection, appraisal, title)

  • Partner alignment and escalation judgment

  • Client advocacy with compliance awareness

Assessment

Assessment evaluates decision-making, process, and real-world execution—not memorization.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to run a purchase with clarity under pressure.

Communication Standards

(LO Partner Track)

Loan Officer Partners are assessed on:

  • Proactive milestone updates

  • Transparent condition management

  • Early risk flagging and clean escalation

  • Reliable partner communication cadence

Renewal & Continuing Education

Certification status is maintained through renewal requirements and continuing education.

Professionals may only present the mark while status is Active.

Violations & Revocation

Credential status may be suspended or revoked for ethical violations or misuse of the mark. Registry status reflects credential standing.
